Flexible Models for Every Client
Through Teramax India Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (TMIVPL), we structure solar power delivery through models suited to each client’s capital position and objectives.
Solar OPEX Model
Zero upfront investment. Client signs a Private Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Teramax; we install the solar PV system at their location and sell them generated power at a cost below their current electricity cost.

- Electricity cost at a discounted price for the agreement period
- Plant handed over to client at no cost after PPA period
- Hassle-free: permits and construction managed by us
- No maintenance risk: pay only for units consumed
- PPA tenure options: 10, 15, 18, 20 or 25 years

Solar Lease Model
Similar to the OPEX model, with a fixed tariff payable for the agreement period.

- Electricity cost via an EMI-linked plan
- Accelerated depreciation benefit available to the client
- Plant handed over at no cost after the PPA period
- Plant ownership achievable in 7–10 years
- No maintenance risk: pay only for units consumed
- PPA tenure options: 10, 15, 18, 20 or 25 years
Open Access / Group Captive Model
Designed for commercial and industrial consumers with power requirements above 1 MW who lack the on-site space to install solar. Power is generated at a separate location and supplied via open access transmission under a Group Captive arrangement with a third-party power producer.
Solar CAPEX / EPC Model
The client arranges funding directly; our role is purely technical, setting up the solar infrastructure end to end.
