Aishwarya Estin Hotel, Pune
A 4-star hospitality property in Pune running on Teramax commercial heat pump systems for its hot water load: real equipment, real site, real reduction in energy cost.
Commercial Heat Pump Deployment
Hospitality properties carry heavy, round-the-clock hot water demand. This installation replaced conventional electric/gas water heating with a bank of Teramax commercial heat pump units, cutting energy cost while running fully automatically in all weather.

SECI-Supported Solar Installation
One of our rooftop solar installations was executed with Central Financial Assistance (CFA) routed through the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), evidence of a project structured to meet government subsidy and compliance frameworks, not just technical specification.
